With a strong foundation in counselor education, she has cultivated a dynamic approach that bridges theory, practice, and real-world application for diverse populations. Since 2017, she has expanded her impact as a career consultant, working with individuals and organizations to design meaningful, results-driven career pathways. Dr. Barnes-Gwynn specializes in serving K–12 students, school counselors, educators, and military-affiliated populations, including veterans transitioning into civilian careers.
