Annual Membership Meeting & Election Information

All members are encouraged to attend the Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 4:15-5:30 pm (Eastern Time) in Atlanta, Georgia.

Non-members are welcome to attend, although unable to vote in the run-off election.

The annual Membership Report is posted here prior to the conference because it contains the meeting agenda, membership and treasurer's report, and election information (including candidates bios for the primary election).

2025 Primary Election

Voting to narrow the slate of candidates will take place at the Annual Membership Meeting during the 2025 NCDA Global Career Development Conference. After the primary election closes (on Thursday June 19th at midnight), the final two candidates per position will be approved to move on to the general election (voting closes Aug 15, 2025). The final results will be announced by August 30, 2025. The term for these positions will start on October 1, 2025 (except for the ACA Governing Rep).
