Pamela Ehlers, CCC

Dr. Pamela Ehlers is the Director of Oklahoma State University Career Services. She completed both her bachelors and masters degrees in education from Oklahoma State University, a career counseling specialist degree from Pittsburg State University (Kansas), and a doctorate degree in higher educational leadership from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville.
Dr. Ehlers returned to her alma mater as Director of OSU Career Services in June 2006 after serving 13 years at Pittsburg State University (Kansas) as the Director of Career Services. She is an affiliate faculty member in the Higher Education Student Affairs (HESA) graduate program in the College of Education at OSU, and has taught graduate courses in career counseling and development for many years.
She is a Master Career Counselor (MCC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a National Certified Career Counselor (NCCC). She has over 30 years experience in the field of career counseling and development and administration in higher education. She supervises career counseling interns at OSU and has taught the Facilitating Career Development course since 2011. She recently became an SCDA Trainer and a Master FCD Trainer.
