NCDA Involved in Capitol Hill Briefing

Capitol Hill Briefing Washington, D.C.

At 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, NCDA will help lead a briefing on the Counseling for Career Choice Act, which would provide increased federal funding for career counseling. NCDA President-Elect-Elect Sharon Givens will be representing NCDA to provide information about the value of career development services.
The briefing will be held in the Cannon House Office Building, and will include remarks from the co-sponsors: Representatives Jim Langevin (D, RI) and Glenn Thompson (R, PA). This is a public event; NCDA members are welcome to attend.
