The goal of the Career Construction Institute is to provide career counselors and academic advisors with opportunities to learn and practice Career Construction Counseling using life design dialogues. Each conference consists of mini-lectures, demonstrations, and round table discussions of key practice guidelines, common misunderstandings and opportunities for participants to conduct their own interviews with feedback from experienced practitioners as well as observe live demonstrations.
