Using the NCDA Conference App

The NCDA Conference App will be the primary tool for accessing all details about the in-person and virtual conferences. You will need to use either the app or desktop version to access session content.

You will first need to download the new conference app. Please search Google Play or Apple for "National Career Development Association".

**If you have the old NCDA app on your mobile device you will need to delete the old app and replace with the newest edition of the app.

If you are registered attendee for either the in-person or hybrid event, you may enter your name and email once you access the app. The app will send a confirmation code to your attendee email. You must enter this code to access the app. If you wish to receive the verification code via text, please enter your mobile number into your attendee profile.

VIRTUAL CONFERENCE

To view virtual sessions, you must be on your desktop/laptop or access the website through a browser.

The desktop version is also available to use. You will need your invitation email to access the desktop version. If you did not receive your conference app email invitation, please contact Mary Ann Powell

Accessing Presentation Handouts

Downloading presentation handouts work best on the desktop/laptop version. To access handouts, make the sure presentation is added to your person schedule. Once you do this, you should be able to easily download the handouts.
