Dr. Aldrich was a Family & Consumer Science Teacher at Triumph High School in Cheyenne for 15 years, which is the oldest and largest alternative high school in Wyoming with 250 students in grades 9-12. Prior to joining TCC, Ronda served as the Director of Career Services for two different institutions. Ronda is a first-generation college student who genuinely believed she was not smart enough to go to college and would fail. She completed both her B.A. in Counseling Services for the Deaf and her M.S. in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. She uses the emotions and struggles she experienced in college to try to ensure no student ever feels the way she did. Maha is a seasoned professional with an extensive track record in leadership roles within the career services, youth employability and workforce development sectors. As co-founder of the Career Center at the American University in Cairo, Maha played a pivotal role in its inception in 1991 and drove innovation and growth throughout its development. Driven by her passion for career readiness, employability and youth development, in 2012, Maha started establishing career centers at Egyptian universities. As Chief of Party of the University Centers for Career Development, she is implementing, building capacity, and ensuring long-term sustainability for 46 career centers in 34 Egyptian universities. Maha works with the Ministry of Higher Education, collaborating on policy making and governance ensuring the seamless integration and enduring sustainability of career services within the Egyptian higher education ecosystem. With 35+ years of experience in career development and as an NCDA FCD-I, since 2010, Maha trained, coached and facilitated FCD programs to 350+ career facilitators. Maha's contributions in this field were honored with the prestigious 2023 NCDA Merit Award and became a certified FCD Master Trainer. She collaborated with NCDA in implementing a capacity building program for career service providers in Saudi Arabia in partnership with King Saud University and the Human Resource Development Fund.

Dr. Condoa Parrent serves as the Director of Student Success and Advising at Tarrant County College’s Northeast Campus, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in higher education. Throughout her distinguished career, she has held senior administrative roles including Vice President of Student Services, Dean of Student Services, and Director of Admissions and Registrar. Her extensive oversight has encompassed a broad range of student service areas, including Financial Aid, Academic & Career Advising, Counseling, Athletics, Food Services, Residence and Student Life, Transfer and Career Services, and Student Disability Services.
Dr. Parrent strives to share her experience in career development by training academic advisors to include career exploration and development in all student sessions.
A first-generation college student, Dr. Parrent began her educational journey as a single mother who earned her GED at the age of 26—an experience that deeply shaped her belief in the life-changing power of education. Her personal and professional mission is rooted in staff development and student empowerment.
In addition to her administrative role, Dr. Parrent has served as a faculty member in the graduate program for higher education at Purdue University Global since 2009, where she mentors and prepares future leaders in the field.

Now, as the Assistant Director of Career Advising & Training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Erik brings his playful and creative talents to developing and inspiring professionals throughout the field.
