TEC Advisory Council

Dirk is the Senior Director of Alumni Relations at Columbia College Chicago. He has over 23 years of experience teaching in higher education and 20 years of experience working as a career development practitioner. He teaches career development in the Cinema Television Arts Department at the college. In addition, Dirk is a professional architectural photographer.

Dirk co-chairs the NCDA Technology Committee and recently served three years on the editorial board for the Journal of ePortfolios published by the Association for Authentic, Experiential, and Evidence-Based Learning (AAEEBL). Dirk holds GCDF and CMCS certifications. He is completing his master's degree in Organization Psychology and is an NCDA Facilitating Career Development instructor.
