Are you requiring COVID-19 training and assessment for students prior to placement?

Co-op and Internship Placements during COVID19

Are you requiring training and assessment around COVID-19 exposure, transmission, avoidance, and reporting?

Are you requiring students to sign documentation of such training and a waiver of liability prior to placement? (Especially if placement is a "requirement" for a high school or college course.)

Would you be willing to share training materials, assessments, forms?
