The COVID-19 pandemic has magnified issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion in our country.  Virtual conversations around DEI have popped via various organizations along with discussions on delivering career development virtually.  However, there are fewer talks about career development and DEI.  Join NCDA and a panel of career development and counseling professionals in a discussion about how we can be sure to utilize a DEI-lens in our career development practices.
